This vintage bow tie blouse is in pristine condition and is totally on trend. It has puffy sleeves, fabric covered buttons and pleats near the top and bottom of the front and back. The pleats give it a slightly fitted shape. It is machine washable and doesn’t require ironing. 15” from shoulder seam to shoulder seam 25-1/2” long
