Vintage 1990's sewing pattern from Butterick**UNCUT** and RARE** The pattern is still Factory-Folded and in great shape. The envelope does have some wear around the edges - see pictures. Butterick 4564; ©1990; J.G. Hook - Misses'/Misses' Petite Jacket, Top, Skirt & Culottes. Loose-fitting, unlined, below-hip jacket has a notched collar, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front extending slightly to side back (no side seams), pockets, back yoke, slightly forward shoulder seams, back vent and long, two-piece sleeves with button trim. The semi-fitted top has mock bands, welts, and sides extending into sleeves; there are no side seams and short or long sleeves. Flared skirts or lower calf culottes have waistbands, front pleats, side front pockets, and pocket openings. Suggested Fabrics: Linen, cotton broadcloth, challis, chambray and gabardine.
