Vintage Special Thyme giraffe vest

Burgundy open front vest with allover giraffe and plant print. What appears to be a small burn mark and hole on right panel. I have included two photos of the area. The tag mentions a necklace but this is not included. Please see measurements as vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing.
