Vintage Simi white floral drop waist dress, 8

Vintage white and navy blue floral drop waist party dress from Simi. Puff sleeves. Bow detail at hip. Back zipper closure. It is marked size 8, however in modern sizing I estimate this as a size 2 or 4 based on fit. Please see measurements. Not entirely sure of date but I believe this is from the 1970s. Talon zipper. Good condition. Some discoloration noted to the interior as pictured, not visible when worn. Possibly also to the underarms but it is so light it is not very well discernable, again not visible when worn but I prefer to disclose. Slight pilling. Pit to pit: 14.25” Waist: 16”
