Vintage Royal Creations Muumuu Kaftan Dress Red Floral 2 Way Belt One Size

This is a lovely Royal Creations long muumuu, made in Hawaii featuring a two way belt (tie behind for a fitted silhouette, or tie in front for traditional caftan look), empire waist with gathers below for extra fullness and  pretty blue hibiscus flowers with green leaves on a solid red background. *  SIZE:  one size fits most- please see measurements and compare to your own great fitting caftan or muumuu.  * Measurements: length from neck to hem: 53", chest laid flat from pit to pit (double for circumference): 34", sleeve from center of back neck to hem: 22 in, hip laid flat from side to side (double for circumference): 40" * CLOSURE: pull over * CONDITION: CONDITION:  very nicely cared for vintage dress, there is one small hand repair to belt area, otherwise I was unable to detect any flaws, no detected holes, tears, stains, fading, seam, hem, snags or other issues.
