Vintage NWT Randi May Collection 1990s black mini cocktail dress

NWT 1980s or 1990s black mini tiered cocktail dress mini dress from Rani May Collection. Label says size 12, I would say that it fits like a modern 8 as it fits me perfectly, hence the listed size. String tie in the back, flutter bell cap sleeves. Excellent condition. Shoulder pads! (Shown in last photo.) Comes to mid/upper thigh.
