Has shoulder pads The size is 14 From my measurements for the top, pit to pit is 21 inches, sleeve length is 17.5 inches, and length is 29.5 inches. From my measurements for the skirt, waist is 25 inches and can stretch to about 32 inches, and the length is 27 inches. Made of rayon & acetate Condition: Overall condition is excellent. Only issue is maybe some hair or fabric I missed while cleaning or that got on it during packing. Refer to pictures for further visual condition.
