Vintage Costume Glass Brooch

Such a fun Vintage Brooch featuring an engraved portrait of a lady! Hallmarked with “Wagner” which is the designer from the 70’s I believe. She measures 1 3/4’ tall and 1.5’ wide with a sliding closure to keep the pin secure.
