Vintage Black Deep Carved Over Dyed Opalescent Floral Bakelite Bangle 5002

This black bakelite bangle is just plum glamorous. It is substantial, a sure focal piece. This piece was made in the late 40's, early 50's. The carvings have a floral motif, a burst of flower petal blooms interspersed with three petals out to each side. The interior of the carvings are over dyed with an iridescent white, providing wonderful contrast. The bangle measures 2 5/8" across the interior, it is 5/8' wide and is 8" long at the inside circumference.
