Vintage 90s Miss Dorby embroidered cottagecore Grannycore vest dress

Vintage 1990s floral embroidered blue vest dress from Miss Dorby. Ankle length. Shoulder pads. Tie string attached for the waist. Excellent condition aside from one spot on the right underarm as pictured which I have not tried to remove. No tag for size, fits like a large. Pit to pit: 22” Waist: 19” Cottagecore Grannycore or Y2K kindergarten teacher style
