Vintage 80s VICTOR COSTA Puff Sleeve Black Velvet Lace Evening Gown Dress XS

Dramatic stunning vintage VICTOR COSTA long evening gown. Huge puff sleeves in black lace accented with sequins and lined in organza to hold their shape. Beautiful black velvet bow trim along the neckline that extends to the back. It’s too small for my mannequin but the straps snap at the back. Bodice is also in black lace with sequin accents. The long skirt portion is black velvet. All fully lined and zips up the back. Excellent condition, a few missing sequins but not very noticeable. Tagged Victor Costa and Neiman Marcus. No size tag but fits the size 4 model well, however the straps that snap at the back of the neck have been altered and don’t close. There is some fabric to lengthen that portion and a seamstress could adjust them to fit. Also, they can potentially be sewn down and the back can be open. See photos. Measurements are about a size XS, please check measurements below. There is no stretch to the fabric. Approximate flat measurements: Armpit to armpit: 14.5” Waist: 14” Hips: 17” Length: 50” Bottom hem has 1.5” fabric.
