Vintage 80s Oops California 80s does 50s green belted dress

Vintage 1980s Oops California green belted pleat front button down shirt dress. 80s does 50s style. Excellent vintage condition, really a stunning dress! Has shoulder pads. Tagged size 11/12, based on personal fit I estimate this as a size medium. The dress itself can fit a large but the belt cannot (I am wearing it on the last belt hole). For comparison on size and length, I am 5’5” and normally wear a size 8 or 10. Golden Girls vibes! Can totally picture Blanche or Rose in this.
