Vintage 80s Lillie Rubin Blue Beaded Dress Small 28" Waist

Vintage 80s Lillie Rubin Blue Beaded Dress In good condition, but this is vintage and there are minor imperfections. May need a little tlc, but in overall good condition. Both shoulder beaded outer patches are loose on one side. Not sure if that is how it originally was. You could always sew it extra if needed.
