Vintage 70s Sears cream knit dress

Vintage 1970s cream colored knit fall dress from Sears. Excellent condition. Button front. Tag is size 10 however it is vintage sizing and fits smaller. I estimate it to be a modern small. Please see measurements below. Pit to pit: 16.5” Waist: 15.5”
