Vintage 1960’s red velvet long sleeve dress with gold & black swirl fabric detail. No brand label but there is an “International Ladies Garments Worker’s Union” (ILGWU) label. Also, a vintage size 11 label but measures to today’s size small. See pics for measurements. preowned, Good condition with a hole/cigarette burn perhaps on front chest (see pic) and front waist area (see pic).
