Very 80s party dress with a layered style. Strapless, flared mini dress in black with a bright watercolor style floral print with colors like teal, red, pink, orange & violet. Illusion style sweetheart neck with a layer of black floral lace underneath the strapless dress. The black lace provides a boat neckline & scalloped short sleeves. Black scalloped lace extends below the floral part of the dress. Inner tulle waistband gives the skirt some flare. Great condition with just a couple loose threads at the lace but nothing that will affect the wearability.
