Pretty taupe tunic top/dress by Venus has a sprinkle of gold foil polka dots and ruching in the front. Cap sleeves, scoop neck, and banded bottom. The banded bottom is more fitted and it and the ruching create a more billowing top while visually narrowing the hips. Very cute!! Size XS.
