VTG Gold leaf enameled cloisonne bell ornament with snowflakes

Vintage Champleve Gold leaf and enameled cloisonne bell ornament with snowflakes on it. If u look closely you can see the Gold leafing which shows it was hand painted and the little wire that outlines the snowflakes are not all made perfect, so I assume it is all done by hand. very beautiful. would make a great finishing touch added to the bow of a wrapped present or to stand out on your tree.
