Torrid Skater Skirt. 3 layers and elastic waist. The bottom layer is a slip like nylon with 2 layers of ruffled tulle to add to fullness. The main fabric is a black and white houndstooth knit. The top layer is a lightweight black tulle. Very pretty. Waistband is actual elastic. Waist side to side not stretched is 21 1/2”. Length is 34”
