Sunny Girl (ModCloth) mint green flamingo print dress

Sunny Girl / ModCloth mint green flamingo print dress. I bought from a seller online and while it is SO cute, it doesn’t fit me. It has a sturdier fabric, cross strap back, subtle pleats. Belt loops but no belt. Very retro and preppy look. The size tag is missing but I believe it’s a small, see measurement pics. Good used condition, please see photos.
