St. Basil's Cathedral Moscow Trinket Box Ceramic Hinged Enamel Red Square FLAW

The tops of two of the cathedrals have broken off, as shown on photos. But there is another trinket box listed for sale on eBay as of the time of this listing that has the same broken tops, so I'm not certain what type of flaw this is?? Approximate size: 3.5" tall x 2" across. Please keep in mind that this item has had a previous life and may tell its story through minor imperfections.
