Southern lady vintage bright blouse with book pattern

Very pretty vintage blouse with bright colors. Buttons up in back on top slightly slit. Somewhat textured shiney material but made of polyester with book patterned print. Size 7-8. Underarm area a tiny bit loose on the stitching. There is a black ribbon hanging on my wall I could not blur out of the photo. C
