Shoulder pads if you like and unlined jacket measures approximately 27" long Top: lined, pulls over, and measures approximately 25" long. Pit to pit laying flat the top measures approximately 23" with additional stretch in fabric. Skirt: lined, elastic waistband. Laying flat the elastic waistband measures approximately 14" and skirt length is approximately 41". The bottom of the skirt flares out a little at the sides giving it a beautiful drape on the body.
