Set 8 Royal Doulton GRANTHAM 6.5" Bread Butter Plates c1934 England Transferware

This charming set of plates by Royal Doulton are marked "Made in England, Royal Doulton, Grantham, D5477" on the underside of each piece. The pattern is entitled "Grantham" and features an off-white bone china with a scalloped edge, floral transferware center and brown dots on the rim. This pattern was first produced in 1934 and ended production in 1964 This set includes eight bread and butter plates measuring 6-1/2" in diameter The condition is as shown in the photographs. No chips or cracks. Very minimal signs of use.
