Scissor cut of children

Hand cut picture of boy and girl in green and white dotted background. The blue frame is plastic with plexiglass and suitable for child's room but can be changed. Can stand on furniture or can hang on wall. There are slight imperfections on left side and upper part of frame. Frame measures 6" x 8" and photo size is 4" x 6".
