Retired BLUE DANUBE "Blue Onion" Japan Double Handled Cream Soup Dish and Plate

This is a double handled cream soup bowl with matching liner or saucer. It is in excellent condition with no signs of use at all. Blue Danube Pattern was retired in 2000 and had been in production since the early 70s and possibly before that. It was used if any only once or twice and has been kept in a display cabinet. It is now being sold as part of a living estate for an elderly Japanese friend of mine who is looking to find a new home for her collection.
