For sale is a unique Frank Gehry coffee cup set, made in 1991 for Chiat/Day Advertising employees only.In 1990, Jay Chiat commissioned Frank Gehry to design Chiat/Day' s new headquarters building in LA. The design was first sketched on a napkin. That sketch was transferred to the set that you see here for sale, which Jay gave all of his employees that Christmas. On the bottom of the cup is inscribed (C) Chiat/Day inc 1991. Set comes with 4 cups only. No chips or cracks. In excellent pre-owned condition. Purchase with confidence.
