Spring 2017 Runway Collection Made in Italy western-inspired wide woven leather low-slung holster style belt, modeled by Bella Hadid, and Kendall Jenner. Distressed leather, patinaed rivets, RL logo'd double buckles, basketweave details, interior logo stamp, and serial number. Later seen at the 2021 NYC Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Jennifer Lopez, who is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated appearances at the Gala. She combined an ornate gown with extravagant embellishments creating a Western-inspired ensemble. The theme was “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion” so it only makes sense that she looked to Ralph Lauren for inspiration. Her deep chocolate gown featured a plunging neckline and sweeping train and was accessorized with a fur and feathered shrug, low-slung brown leather belt, layered choker, necklace, and a wide-brim hat. Gently worn, well cared for, with lovely intentionally burnished metal that has great patina, and a distressed and crackled leather finish, see pics.
