Item is used. Comes with filters. Not sure how long they’ve been used. Can always purchase new ones. Item has been tested. Dispenser works just fine. No leaks. There is a crack from the inside on one spot. Please see pics. It feels scuffed on that one spot on the inside, but I don’t feel it from the outside. Item filled up with water. There were no leaks from that spot.
