@abbey204 So I can’t comment on issues because I haven’t used it at all yet. They have a 15 day return window and I missed it. I love the bag but I just wish I would have gotten a different color because I just don’t grab for a white bag. Now this color is a grayish white so I love that, but I’m scared of getting it dirty. lol I haven’t heard of those quality issues but this was my first purchase. It feels good quality to me but I’ve only just tried it on. I was going to order another.
