@jesschaosx3 hey there :) These are denim, however they have a great stretch!! Size 16/17 I would get and XL (13/15) or if you tend to range more in plus, get the 1X 17-19. The size chart is pretty accurate, and you have about 2 inches of wiggle room for stretch . Most of my customers size down before they size up on this brand because of that awesome stretch 😍
