The skirt is lined from the waist to not quite halfway down There is not much stretch in the fabric, but the elastic in the waist has a ton of stretch. And the best part is...It Has Pockets! This dress is also maternity friendly! Comes with one extra button. There are three microscopic pin holes on the back and one on the front of the skirt(last 2 pics); none of these affect wearability and are not noticeable.
