These pants are in very good condition with a minor tear in the fabric on the bottom of the pant leg and a pull in the threading that has "tightened" it but has not affected the structure. The tear doesn't show very well fortunately and I have shown both in the pics. Very soft and perfect pants for warm weather. Enjoy!
