Norton McNaughton black zip-up suit jacket blouse

This is a jacket by Norton McNaughton that was initially part of a 2-piece suit-type set (skirt is listed separately). It's meant to be a suit jacket but as it zips up all the way it could be worn as a blouse. Fully lined w/ pockets on the front & padding in shoulders. It is 100% polyester; says to dry clean but the skirt of the same fabric can be washed, so I imagine the jacket could. Like new, worn once or twice. 20" long, 18" across chest & 23" sleeves. Has belt loops & a little rope belt.
