NWT stunning light blue and white halter style midi dress from Angie. Spaghetti straps that are fully adjustable in the halter style design. Smocked stretch top with ruffle lining to separate the top and the bottom. Base is all over light baby blue with white details in the top and white vertical stripes in the bottom and on the straps. Fitted top and flowy bottom. True to size chart because of the bust, but if you have a small bust you can probably wear the medium as a 12, but otherwise stay true to the 8-10 size suggestion.
