NWT Blue and white pull over dress

New with tags great for this spring and summer a blue and white print dress with quarter length sleeves has a tie in the front. I am 5’5 with my 2 inch sandals. The length was perfect. It was just a little tight around my hips but I put in measurements. It is from a pet free, smoke-free home.
