Tags removed but never wore. Green with yellow, red, and white bird print. Draped front and looks like a Skort. The back looks like shorts. Pockets Elastic waist and super comfortable. These are so cute for summer. Measurements flat Waist 13” to 17” Rise 13” Length 1” but the crotch hangs down and makes them longer. Approximately 3” or longer. They don’t show any bootie and are long enough to be modest. Top of waistband to bottom is 13”
