NEW Slate And Stone Duffle Bag Black (Tear on inside seam)

I received this item in a pallet that I purchased a few weeks ago. In great condition it is missing the strap to hold over the shoulder as well as the inside pocket seam is ripped on one side very little as well as the seam fabric is torn as well. I did take photos. Please see all photos ahead of time. I believe I took two photos of the actual tears.
