The characteristics of the carbon and the midsole begin to be exploited below 4’30” per kilometer, so we recommend it for half marathons and marathons run under three and a quarter hours. It remains a good shoe even for very strong ultra runners on asphalt, such as 50, 80 and even 100 kilometers runs at a high pace.
