leajamesfashion @keke229 , Hi Karen , sorry for the late reply ( Been extremely busy today ) . This is US sizing, however this supplier seems to make items smaller than they should be. This is what I came up with. Armpit to armpit is 18" Length is 19" waist 18" . I have a comment in my Lovenotes from a women that ordered the medium and she had no complaints on the sizing , just that she loved the top . Let me know if you have any further questions. leajamesfashion @keke229 6" across 12" arm circumference. I wouldn't worry around the chest , it might be a bit tight . I just don't know ! There is no Spandex , so it won't stretch much . It's totally up to you ! Lea Ann
