Size S laying flat 13" waist, 15" hips, 38" length, inseam 29". Size M 14" waist, 16" hips, 38" length, inseam 30". Size XL 16" waist, 18" hips, 39" length, 30" inseam. Fiber Content: 95% COTTON, 5% SPANDEX
