Miss Selfridge White Black Tulip Print Midi Dress

Beautiful dress by Miss Selfridge. White top with black with wing arms in black, black pleated midi skirt. Back zipper closure and the waist along with the front has a cutout strip. The cutout part is see through, I tried to take a close up photo of it. Entire dress is covered in small tulip print. Very pretty and feels cool like rayon but not sure on fabric. Good used condition, no issues. Size: 8 Length: 37" Skirt Length: 21" Arms: 11.5" Bust: 18" Waist: 15.5" Measured on a flat lay.
