dianehodapp Very disappointed. When the boots arrived I immediately knew they were the wrong size. I ordered a 6.5 and these have to be at least a 7.5. I have the same boots in another color ordered directly from Sofft. In your defense the sizing on the inside of the boots appears to be wrong and apparently you didn’t have the box to send. My request to return has been denied. Now what? I can’t wear them.

nandolov @dianehodapp I am sorry that the maker of the shoes labeled it wrong , My only suggestion is to re list the shoes and add the extra information that it runs big to listing. Again, sorry, I wish I had control over sizing.
