jonnyp3 I put in an order for 180 dollars worth of shoes and they were never shipped. I reached out multiple times and received no response but could see that the posher had been active on their account constantly. Garbage way to run a business and a garbage way to treat customers.

mckstrunk @authentyxx I placed an order for shoes.on April 26th, but they have not shipped yet. Have tried commenting twice now to no avail. Escalated conversation to Poshmark support today, still no response. I am hoping this is just an oversight, but I would like to get an update on the order.....is it ever going to ship? Please respond in some way. Noticed another buyer had the same issue recently as well. Thanks

aabushhiwa @jonnyp3 I am so pissed I didn’t see this comment earlier. Similar thing happened to me. Person was communicative up until I bought item and then once I got poshmark involved they finally communicated and said they supposedly sent the item…this was like 2-3 weeks after ordering. I still have never seen the item.

jonnyp3 @aabushhiwa I hate that for you!! Hopefully it gets fixed! I finally got my order and one of the shoes was not as described. It was said to be black and white but was navy and white. I wanted that fixed but it ended up not being with the hassle.
