condition is pre-owned scratches (?) primarily visible on the left lens, upper (around the frame) comes with velvet lined, shiny vinyl/PVC half-circle case color appears to be deep blue or black in some lights. I would not guarantee that they are not black -- the final photo shows them in their case, against the black background, showing how blue they can appear. please review all photos
