vaikas @gunnarzpoptart Hi. I will look. I had sole protection added. I don’t know if the protector covered info on bottoms. FYI - These are beautiful shoes. I purchased them new to go clubbing years ago.

vaikas @gunnarzpoptart Hi. I just posted several more photos. The number 5 shows up - but the rest is covered by sole protection I had added. The shoes do not fit me properly anymore. My feet have gotten smaller. I purchased them at Bonwit Teller in Chicago. At the time, my husband and I used to go dancing in Chicago and New York. Maud Frizon made amazing shoes. The quality is phenomenal. Not manufactured that way any more. Thank you for your interest!

gunnarzpoptart I bought a pair of these shoes at Right Bank Clothing Company in Beverly Hills in 1977 after seeing a picture in the newspaper of Kay Lenz wearing them on her wedding day to David Cassidy. I still have the shoes, but they are no longer wearable. I am from Chicago, and my mom first got a Bonwit Teller charge card when we lived in Hinsdale in 1971-72, not because we had money, but because my mom wanted us to feel like we did. Fond memories of the Oakbrook Mall and BT in BH...we lived in 🍊 County

vaikas @gunnarzpoptart Hi. From toe point to the heel back - the shoes are 9 1/2” long. The area where the ball of the foot sits - it is 3” across. From the arch area of the shoe to the back of the heel it narrows to 2” across. You mentioned you lived in Hinsdale. I lived in Western Springs - small world! Thank you for your interest.

gunnarzpoptart Sigh...my feet are size 7.5, but they are a bit wide, so I have to go up a 1/2 size for shoes like these to fit me, 9.75”; I need size a European size 38, or better yet, 38.5. My original pair is a bit too small at size 37.5, but I wore ‘em anyway because these are my all-time favorite shoes. I am so, so sorry these won’t fit me ☹️ I am going to look for my Paper Moon Graphics card from the 70s with a drawing of a girl, pooped out after a party...and the shoes. Take care and be safe!

vaikas @gunnarzpoptart hi. Please send me a pic of that card. Would love to see it. Sorry these won’t work for you. They are even great to own as a Collector. Thank you for your interest.

gunnarzpoptart Hi there, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, will search for it today. Besides my original, thrashed pair, I have three pairs in very good to excellent condition that don’t fit me, two of which came from the same auction ☹️ Kind of a reverse Cinderella story 👠 Even my original pair was about 1/2 size too small and they were definitely too narrow. Lol, women endure so much in the name of fashion. Peace to you ☮️

gunnarzpoptart I found it right away, all of my favorite cards are thumbtacked onto one wall in my closet. And now I recall that it was the artist who gave it to me 👠🌙 The only problem is that I don’t know how to post pictures here ☹️

gunnarzpoptart Are we allowed to swap email addresses here, or is that prohibited on Poshmark, do you know?

gunnarzpoptart So, the card reads, “Thanks A Lot!” on the outside, and inside it it reads, “I was told I had a wonderful time!” The drawing shows a woman sitting on a chair after a party, her legs open and the skirt fabric of the draped white dress she is wearing is all hiked up between her legs (it’s pretty modest) and she’s got a red ribbon on the dress to indicate that she got an award of some type, I imagine, she obviously has a headache...one shoe is half on, the other one has been kicked off...really cut

gunnarzpoptart Really cute...one hand on a glass of alka seltzer, party hat tilted to one side, old fashioned ice pack underneath the hat, one glove on, one off, and the telephone receiver on the floor, off the hook...the look on her face is priceless.
