Hi, is the missing strap meaning there is only one strap handle or are you referring to a long strap to attach to luggage? Is the No closure broken and won't close or this bag does not come with a closure? Ty

It does have shoulder straps but it does not have the detachable long strap. That one is missing.
There is no closure. No zipper. It’s not missing or broken. It is designed that way.
