New with tag item but is missing the buttons along the front. It does have one spare button included. Top of shirt has a hook closure and bottom has a tie. You could easily make it modest by adding the one button or find similar at craft store to repair. This could also be worn backwards so back is part with buttons and opening. A very cute and lovely piece!
