This vintage blouse is in excellent condition. The label says Made in West Germany. It has hidden buttons down the front, hook and eye closure at the neck. It has shoulder pads that could be easily removed. Two extra buttons are included. 17-1/2” seam to seam at shoulders 22” pit to pit 25-1/2” long
