Kirra Open Back Peplum Top

This is an adorable top from PacSun from the brand Kirra that has a peplum style and open back in the shape of a heart! This has been pre-loved and shows some pilling, and one spot where the Stitching string ripped-please see photos and video for signs of wear. One of my favorite tops!
